Who we are

Wentworth Marketing ("we", "us") runs wentworthmarketing.com and the weekly marketing agent (the "Service"), from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Contact: wentworthmarketing1@gmail.com.

What we collect on this website

  • The pilot form: your name, business name, number of branches, area, WhatsApp number, email, the channels you use and any message. The form is processed by Google (Google Forms) and stored in our Google account.
  • Analytics and advertising cookies, only if you accept: Google Analytics and the Meta pixel record which pages you visit and whether you apply, so we can see which pages and ads work. If you decline, neither loads. Your choice is stored in your browser.
  • Hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.

What we collect in the Service (pilot partners only)

Only when you connect an account or upload a file: Google Ads, Meta and Google Business Profile performance data, the delivery and sales reports you choose to upload, and your name and email. We do not ask for, and do not want, your customers' personal data.

How we use it

  • To reply to your application.
  • To produce your weekly tickets and reports, apply the changes you approve, and check whether they worked.
  • To see which pages and ads bring visits and applications to this website.

We do not sell your data. Your business's numbers are never shown to another business or on this website.

Who processes data for us

Google (forms, analytics, advertising), Meta (advertising measurement), Cloudflare (hosting) and Anthropic (the AI model that helps analyse numbers and write tickets for pilot partners). Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.

How long we keep it

Applications: up to 12 months unless you join the pilot. Pilot data: while you take part; within 30 days of you leaving, we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

  • Change your cookie choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
  • Disconnect any connected account at any time.
  • Ask us to see, correct or delete your data: wentworthmarketing1@gmail.com.

We post any changes here and update the date above. Every change to this website is also listed in the Agent Log.
